Digitech will give you a user name and password to login to your ftp site.

There are many ways to upload and download images using ftp. If you already know how to use ftp and have a program go ahead and use that program. Below are the ftp settings to connect.

FTP Login Settings:
FTP Host Address: ftp.digitechprolab.com
USER Name: (supplied by digitech)
Password: (supplied by digitech)

If you do not have an ftp program we suggest downloading CUTE FTP Here.

Once you install CUTE FTP You will be prompted to choose a label for your site. Input DIGITECH.

Next you will be prompted to add an FTP Host Address. Enter "ftp.digitechprolab.com"

Now you will be promted to input the User name and Password. This is the information that Digtech provided to you.

Finally you will be asked to choose a Default local folder. Choose a place on your hard drive that you will designate for File Transfers.

Once you have these configured you can see this in the Site Manager of Cute FTP everytime you open the program. See below for a screenshot of what your settings should look like..

Exporting Users list from CUTE FTP.

1) Open Cute FTP
2) Click File>Site manager
3) In the site manager click
File> Export to File> Full Site info
4) Name the file "DigitechSites_dd_mm_yy.txt" (insert today's date)
5) Choose a folder you will remember so you can import to another computer.

Importing Users list to CUTE FTP.

1) Open Cute FTP
2) Click File>Site manager
3) In the site manager click new and insert the ftp info from your text file.
